Exchange and return

We want every purchase on our website to bring you joy. However, if the product does not fit, you can always exercise your right to exchange or return within the period in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

Return and exchange terms:
1. You can return or exchange the product within 14 calendar days after receiving the order.
2. The terms and conditions are regulated by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

Terms of return/exchange of the product:
1. The product has not been used and has retained its original appearance: there are no traces of use, damage, smells of perfume or cosmetics, or other foreign odors.
2. All labels, tags and original packaging are preserved.
3. You provide a receipt or other document confirming the purchase.

Return or exchange procedure
1. Contact us:
Write to us by email or call the specified contacts, or write to your personal manager. Specify the order number and reason for return/exchange.
2. Fill out the return form and enclose it with the parcel
3. Pack the product in the original packaging to avoid damage during transportation.
4. The return or exchange is at the buyer's expense, if the product is of proper quality. If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will pay for the delivery.
5. We accept returns exclusively to Nova Poshta (Confirm the address and exact data with your manager)

After checking the product, the refund will be made to the details you provided within 7 business days.
